How the Anti Tilt Control System Works
The system continuously monitors vehicle inclination during unloading. When the vehicle
is on an uneven or inclined surface, it detects the tilt angle and limits the DALA/body
lifting function to a safer operating range. For the ATCS configuration shown on this page,
the system provides an audible pre-warning at 5° and automatically disables the
DALA/body raise function at 7° tilt.
1. Monitor
Measures vehicle inclination on the X and Y axes with 360° horizontal coverage.
2. Warn
Provides an audible warning as the vehicle reaches the pre-warning tilt threshold.
3. Interlock
Inhibits the DALA/body raise function when the configured critical tilt limit is reached.
Applications
The Anti Tilt Control System is intended for heavy material handling vehicles where
unloading or body lifting on an inclined surface can create a rollover or toppling risk.
